What We Do
Australian Distillates Group (ADG) is focused on the aggregation, handling, storage and regional distribution of energy products through scalable infrastructure and logistics capability.
The business is positioning itself to support growing regional demand through strategic infrastructure, efficient logistics and integrated supply operations across Australia, Timor Leste and nearby Pacific markets.
Strategic Storage & Infrastructure
ADG is developing strategic storage, tankage and aggregation capability designed to support stranded and underutilised Australian supply.
Infrastructure capability across key regional corridors is intended to support product accumulation, handling and regional distribution opportunities.
The business is focused on scalable infrastructure development that can expand alongside increasing supply and regional demand.

Aggregation & Product Handling
ADG’s operating model is focused on the efficient aggregation and handling of energy products and by-products connected to remote and constrained supply environments.
The business is positioned to support producers through practical infrastructure and logistics capability that assists with the movement, handling and monetisation of supply.
This aggregation model creates opportunities for scalable logistics operations, regional supply capability and future downstream expansion.
Regional Logistics Capability
ADG combines logistics expertise, strategic relationships and regional infrastructure capability to support efficient transport and regional energy distribution.
The business is positioned between Australian supply and emerging regional demand, supporting opportunities connected to Timor Leste and nearby Pacific markets.
ADG’s logistics model is designed to support scalable regional growth, efficient supply operations and future infrastructure expansion.

Regional Fuel & Energy Distribution
ADG is focused on supplying regional markets with energy products including LPG, fuel products, bitumen and future downstream energy solutions.
Growing regional demand, infrastructure constraints and increasing focus on fuel security continue to create opportunities for scalable regional distribution capability.
The business is positioning itself to support long-term regional supply resilience through integrated infrastructure, logistics and distribution operations.
Current Supply Opportunities
LPG Supply to Timor Leste
ADG is progressing a high-margin LPG supply opportunity connected to growing regional demand in Timor Leste as the market transitions from kerosene to LPG, supported by the World Bank.
The business is leveraging logistics expertise, strategic regional relationships and access to Australian feedstock supply to support scalable regional LPG distribution capability.
Bitumen & Asphalt Supply
ADG is positioned to support critical infrastructure and construction demand in Timor Leste through the supply of bitumen, asphalt inputs and related fuel products needed for their road and infrastructure upgrades.
Strategic Darwin-to-Dili logistics capability allows ADG to supply these products in reduced delivery times (from >15 days to <2 days), creating opportunities for efficient regional distribution and future downstream infrastructure supply.
Downstream Expansion Opportunities
Modular Refinery Participation
ADG is exploring downstream infrastructure and refining opportunities to strengthen regional fuel supply capability and long-term energy resilience for regions reliant on imported fuel (diesel) to run their electricity generation.
The business has an opportunity to participate in the establishment of Timor Leste's first modular refinery. The refinery is slated to process Australian feedstock with scope to significantly expand when Timorese oilfields are developed commercially.
This would provide ADG with a compelling asset, and future downstream expansion capability and strategic fuel supply positioning.
